We review all incoming support requests as soon as possible, and we aim to respond according to the urgency and impact of the issue. Problems that prevent normal use of the system are given priority, while other issues are handled as soon as our team can carefully review them.

Our support team works during regular office hours (Finnish time, GMT+2 / GMT+3 in summer). Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
